Are you guilty of watching TV for hours at a time? I am. This is a simple routine that takes the guilt away.
- Pick at least three bodyweight exercises. For example: push-ups, sit-ups, & squats
- Watch TV.
- First commercial:
- Choose one of the three exercises and do as may repetitions as possible.
b.When you can no longer execute repetitions in good form, immediately start walking in place.
- Stop walking when your program resumes.

- Second Commercial: Repeat step three with another exercise.
- Third Commercial: Repeat step three with your third exercise.
- Continue the cycle until you have had enough or until your program is over.
- Consult with your physician before taking on any exercise regime.
- You should know your limitations.
