You have probably heard about the cabbage soup diet and other wonder diets. What I’m going to tell you is something you don’t know about because nobody wrote about this wonderful secret to lose weight. In fact, I’m going to tell you my own story- it’s about how I got rid of my belly fat and succeeded to control my weight successfully.

Four years ago I was 165.34 lbs. It was terrible! I am 5.6 tall and I love to eat. So, I gained weight despite my desperate efforts to maintain my figure. I must say that I get hungry especially in the evening. To get rid of my extra weight, I tried all kinds of diets, but nothing seemed to work on long term. Finally, I decided to eat soup in the evening instead of having fatty snacks.

I’m not talking about cabbage soup, chicken soup or any other diet soups. You can eat any kind of soup you want! The secret is to eat only clear soup, so make sure you remove the veggies. It doesn’t matter if the soup contains cream, meat or eggs. What matters is to eat as much as possible, especially after 5 p.m.

When you eat soup, you feel full faster, which stops you to consume other foods. Over time, your stomach gets smaller and smaller, so you will get to eat only small amounts of foods. Your belly fat will go away in days! More than that, eating soup improves your digestion and hydrates your body. You won’t feel hungry at all after eating plenty of soup, that’s for sure!

In my case, the soup diet really worked. I managed to lose more than 44.09 lbs. Now I am 105.8 lbs and I still eat soup every day. I follow this diet every time when I want to lose some weight, although the diet has wonderful results even if I eat soup once a day. You can do it to get rid of your belly fat or simply to keep your weight under control. You will feel better and look better.

I prepare the soup from cabbage, leeks, tomatoes, celery, spinach, onion, peppers, salt, spices and olive oil. It is really easy. Feel free to add or remove some ingredients. As I said before, what matters is to eat only the clear soup. I won’t start telling you about the fibers and nutrients the soup has, because I’m sure you already know this. Soup is healthy and beneficial for your body. I know that the whole thing sounds weird, but it works and this matters the most.
