CALORIC INTAKE
In order to understand how to lose weight fast, you must first know that your calorie intake must be less than your expended calories over a period of time. As a general rule of thumb, women must have at least 1200 calories per day and men must have at least 1800 calories per day, minimum. If you are taking in 2200 calories, your body will use 1200-1800 calories, respectively, in order for the body systems to function. If you want to lose weight fast and easy, take this in to account when you decide which foods to eat and how often you exercise. If your total caloric intake is less than your total caloric expenditure, the result is weight loss.
EMOTIONS AND WEIGHT
People who try to use diets to lose weight fast are missing out on a critical component of well-being. The emotions play a major role in regulating our needs, including the desire to eat, the desire to take part in activity, and the desire to interact with other people. If you feel you may have a connection between your weight and your emotions, consider speaking to a therapist or taking part in a meditation group. There is a big problem with most weight loss programs because they are lacking in this connection. The more you love yourself, the less you will want to see eating as a way of giving yourself love. Find ways to love yourself without using food, such as soaking in a warm tub, talking a long walk in the woods, or signing up for a class.
SEE YOURSELF IN A NEW WAY
Try not to focus so much on how to lose weight fast, and try visualizing yourself the way you want to actually see yourself. Close your eyes, take some deep breaths, and visualize yourself healthy, strong, fit, and happy. Try doing this multiple times a day. You will be amazed how effective this can be. Most importantly…allow yourself to be happy no matter what!
