A third of women are more afraid of loneliness than cancer diagnoses. This is based on a survey of 3,000 women in the United States to analyze what health means to them.
The survey, conducted by the consumer Health website Everyday Health, wants to know what women’s Health, Health and happiness are, and how women can best live. The results show that the biggest factors that affect women’s health are financial security, health, emotional support, self-confidence and optimism.
The thing that makes us most unhappy is stress and anxiety. Depressingly, the next biggest concern for women is weight, BMI, waist circumference and self-image. Financial security on the list, emotional state and work-life balance.
Shockingly, a third of women said they were more afraid of loneliness than cancer diagnoses.
Some women also added that the conflict of relationships, taking care of responsibility and Donald trump had a strong influence on their happiness.
Nearly 20 percent of the women surveyed said they had not had a satisfactory sex life in the past year, and three in four said they would choose to be surprisingly sexy.
That’s because “amazing foods” are more definitive, says Lauren Streicher, a clinical associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology at northwestern university’s inberg school of medicine. “Frankly, a lot of people don’t have amazing sex, ice cream sundaes or amazing sex? They’ll get ice cream.

Poor sleep is also on the agenda – obviously, 81 percent of us don’t have a good rest.
However, this is not all bad news. Almost half of the women surveyed felt “loved, cherished, supported or in a special way”. If not every day, half of us would laugh out loud every week.
However, in particular, only 24 percent of women said they could put their needs on someone else’s head. Another recent study, the paper analyzes the 126 mothers in maternity leave after five days of diary, shows that when they pass through and try to balance work and raising children feel from social groupings, happiness will fall.
The authors of the study say women with children should ensure that they are under pressure from their mothers and jobs to find experiences that meet their daily needs.
That said, women basically need a break. Break through from the perfect mother, the perfect career woman and the perfect size of anxiety. It’s easier said than done, but what a simple New Year’s resolution – occasionally putting yourself first.
